As I shuffle my kids off to their first day of school, I am reminded of the excitement of a new school year and meeting new people. Even though my education is officially complete, I still feel the excitement of a “new year” with the end of summer and I would like to re-introduce myself to you!

I am Elizabeth Zwaan Milne, Esq. I started my own law firm in April 2022, based in Berwyn on the “Main Line” outside of Philadelphia. I have been licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey for 10 years.

I focus my law practice in four areas: (1) Estate Planning, (2) Trust and Estate Administration, (3) Residential Real Estate Transactions, and (4) Business Planning.

I am a life-long Main Line resident, attending Saint Norbert School in Paoli, PA and Villa Maria Academy High School in Malvern, PA. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in International Relations & Legal Studies at University of Delaware, Newark, DE, my Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, DE, and my Masters of Laws in Taxation with an Estate Planning Certificate from Villanova University School of Law, Villanova, PA.

I love spending time in Berwyn, PA and Sea Isle City, NJ with my husband, Will, and my two sons.
