Today is a day to celebrate the people of this country. Not the government, not a political party, simply the people. It is a day that Americans came together and had a backbone to stand up against all odds.

We should look back at why this country was started and on what morals. Let us all strive to be better Americans. Americans that fought and died for the biggest enemy we have ever known. An overreaching government, treating people like slaves. We cannot be divided by party, color or social class.

Home of the free, because of those who were brave.
