Only 21 years old and he is now a homeowner!!

to Alexis!

He is one of the youngest buyers that I’ve had the pleasure to assist in buying a home and giving homeownership keys.

It takes a lot of dedication, hard work, and discipline to become a homeowner and doing so at 21 is admirable!

Wishing him a lifetime of blessings as he embarks on this new journey as a homeowner.

He did it and you can do it too! Give me, Liz Garcia , a call at 909-289-0118 and let me help you become a homeowner too!

If you live in California City or near in the Antelope Valley -
(Cities like Palmdale, Lancaster, Rosamond, Mojave, and California City), maybe you should consider buying a home in

This city offers homes at affordable prices that very likely will still fit your budget. If you already live there, it’s probably better for you to buy your house than to throw away your money on monthly rent.

if you would like to see if you qualify, and maybe take a look at California City, or any cities in the Antelope Valley, give me a call and let’s get you your homeownership keys.

- this is our reminder that if we smile, our wrinkles will be less noticeable 🤪

And before anyone tells me I should welcome —I don’t want them, and that’s that! 🤣

So if you see me smiling, it’s not because I’m happy; it’s because I’m hiding my wrinkles! 😉

I’m in my fifties on the outside, but on the inside, I’m still a (15 yr old ) 😜🤪

When they cancel your appointment to show homes in Moreno Valley, five minutes before the scheduled time, even though you had already confirmed this morning and it took you a couple hrs to get there….

But then you remember, that in Moreno Valley there is this really awesome Birria place that instead of getting mad or sad you take it as a sign that you need to go get yourself some Birria tacos for breakfast..

They have the best de olla and they serve it in a typical Mexican type of cup. That in itself makes it such a homey experience..

Oh but those !!! They’re so delicious. That Birria is honestly one of the best I’ve tried and if I’m in the area and get cancelled like today, I’m definitely going to go get me some tacos to “cheer me up” 🤪..

If you haven’t tried them out, you’re missing out!!!

They’re right on Sunneymead Blvd on the Heackock exit off the 60… Just put El Tijuanazo on your gps and you’ll be there “en un dos por tres”…

Have you tried it yet?

My mother tells me how easy it is to buy a home in for those who live and work over there (through Infonavit)

With a couple years of employment, they can apply for Infonavit and get their home. Then, the mortgage pmts are just deducted from their paycheck at a comfortable amount according to their salary. No credit check or debt inquiries (at least for these types of home purchases)… No large out of pocket down payments or closing costs .

Your job is your key to getting your home ownership keys.

It’s a pretty interesting way of becoming in Mexico.

It would be nice if such a concept existed here in the .

They aren’t big, fancy homes, but they’re homes nonetheless. 2 of my nephews already own their over there & this is how they did it.

I’m so very proud of them.

It will never happen this way here, but it’s interesting to see how it can work in other countries.

Note that this is just for Infonavit. Private sales of homes which aren’t sold through Infonavit might go through a whole different process.

Are you a California landlord?
What do you respond when somebody asks you if you accept section 8?

Well, your response better be yes!

You see, it is illegal in the state of California for you to refuse to consider/ give the opportunity to rent to families who receive vouchers from section 8.

Be aware that there are people calling just to ask that specific question. And if you respond that you do not accept section 8, you might be getting yourself into legal trouble as some of these people are making this call just to start a lawsuit against you for violation of equal housing laws.

So remember, if you plan to rent a property, you do need to accept section 8.

And why wouldn’t you want to accept section 8? These families are getting a good portion of their rent covered by section 8 which means you have your rent pretty secured. Plus, the amount that these families pay out of their own pocket is pretty comfortable for them, so they are very likely to do everything in their power to assure that their rent is paid timely as not doing so, could result in them, losing their benefits.

Note: this is not legal advice and I am not an attorney.

If you already live in the High Desert, don’t make this mistake.

You live in an area where homes are still affordable, as compared to the Inland Empire and LA County.

if you are renting, you are making a mistake. Right now you should be jumping on the opportunity to purchase a home. Many sellers are helping with some of your closing costs and many brand new construction communities are offering lower rates and/or a lot of incentives.

The bullet train project is finally getting started. That means that this area will likely face increasing values once the project is completed as there will be many more options for families to travel to work from the high desert towards Rancho Cucamonga or LA.

Remember when people didn’t want to go to Temecula and Murrieta because it was far away? All those families who live there now, who took advantage of that opportunity , are now sitting on a gold mine of equity.

Take advantage of the prices currently available and buy your home today. And of course, call me, Liz Garcia , and I’ll be happy to join you on your journey towards home ownership.
