This one was a little tricky to coordinate. Scott had to sell his Townhouse to buy the house he and Jennifer really wanted. We didn't get a buyer immediately, and when we did, she needed to sell her condo in Peoria, Arizona to buy Scott's townhouse.... Following me?? The agent in Peoria was not great and when he attached TERRIBLE photos to the listing we had to go into action. Thankfully, her agent here was one of the best. Sarah Gray and I discussed it, and then she went into action. She told the agent in Peoria what she thought of the pictures and the lackluster listing. She told the buyer that she needed to get everything out of her cluttered condo in Peoria and take new pictures or she would lose the townhouse here in Baton Rouge!! Sarah was correct and the clients took her advice. Soon after, she took a cash offer on the condo in Peoria. We skillfully negotiated the due diligence here, and the buyer for Scott's townhouse signed all the closing paperwork with a mobile notary in Peoria. Baton Rouge Title Bluebonnet and DR Horton coordinated wire transfers and closing times, and we closed months early in time for Scott and Jennifer to be in their beautiful new home for Thanksgiving! All it took to get started was a message to me from Scott.... I said, "Yes sir!", and now it is DONE!
