In Texas, mobile notary fees are regulated by the state, ensuring fairness and transparency for everyone.

Texas allows $10 per signature, per document. With an additional $1 fee for each additional signature on the same document.

Notaries are allowed, by the State of Texas, to charge a travel/convenience fee to cover their time, mileage and expenses and for providing you with the convenience of meeting whenever and wherever you need.
