Closing on our first STR investment property 🏡

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, this is an incredible market to buy in right now. But more importantly, who you work with matters way more than you think.

Huge shoutout to my business partner, at .realty , who went above and beyond. Buying in San Antonio while living in Austin could’ve been stressful, but she made every decision feel easy through trust and ex*****on.

As I wrap up year 8 in real estate, it’s crazy to reflect. Leading a brokerage that’s expanding across cities and states… stepping deeper into investing… and helping our agents do more than just sell homes, but actually own them, invest, build brands, build teams, and create passive income through rev share. 💰

None of this happens without God.🙏🏼

And none of this happens without my wife💕 truly the X factor behind every great move we make ❤️

So thankful for everyone who showed up and especially those who traveled from out of town just to love on Addison. That means more than we can put into words.

I feel incredibly blessed that God trusted me with the responsibility of raising a man. I don’t take that lightly and I’m trying to give it my absolute best every single day.
