One mistake can change the entire value of your case, and something as simple as a social media post can create problems you never expected.

After an accident, insurance companies and defense attorneys may look at your social media. A photo, video, check in, or even an innocent caption can be taken out of context and used to argue that your injuries aren’t as serious as you say they are.

That doesn’t mean your life has to stop because you were injured. It means you should think twice before sharing it online.

When you have an active personal injury case, sometimes the best post is no post at all.

Before you give the insurance company a recorded statement, talk to an attorney first.

What you say early in your claim can be used to minimize or challenge it later. You have the right to seek legal guidance before answering questions or providing a statement.

Protect yourself and your case. Call Blade Injury Law first.

Just one more throw!🤣🐾

A lawyer should never tell a doctor what to diagnose or try to influence a client’s diagnosis. That line matters.

But helping an injured client find a qualified doctor who can properly evaluate and treat them is a completely different story. There’s no ill intention behind connecting a client with appropriate medical care, even when the defense tries to make it seem otherwise.

The doctor’s job is to evaluate, diagnose, and treat the patient. The lawyer’s job is to advocate for the client. Helping someone get access to quality medical care doesn’t change those roles.

If you’ve been seriously injured and need help understanding what comes next, call Blade Injury Law.

Truck accident cases aren’t just bigger car accident cases.

Commercial trucks are governed by an entirely different set of rules and regulations, and these cases can involve multiple potentially responsible parties, complex evidence, and issues that simply don’t exist in a typical car accident claim.

That’s one of the reasons I chose to become Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

For me, the certification isn’t just something to put behind my name. It represents the time, experience, and commitment I’ve invested into understanding trucking cases at a deeper level so that when someone comes to me after a serious truck crash, I know what to look for and what questions need to be asked.

When the injuries are serious and the stakes are high, experience in this specific area of law matters.

At Blade Injury Law, trucking cases are part of what we do.
