CLOSING DAY!!!🏠🤩🎉 What a big day for her and her family! This one was a grind from day one until the closing.😅 This smile, the new home, and a new chapter is what the grind is all about! I can say that she definitely did her part and that’s why we made it here! Things aren’t always smooth but my hope is that when we get here, it was worth it! ☺️
Congratulations!!! 🎉🍾 I’m so happy for you!!! Thank you for allowing me to be on this journey with you! 🫶🏼

A huge thank you to Seamless Contracts & Co | Transaction Coordinator for always keeping us on track! 🐐

HAPPY PRIDE 🌈 We had an incredible day!

We saw our wedding officiant, soccer teammates, lenders, gym mates, past clients, new clients, friends, and met so many new faces along the way. We also had some incredible conversations that reminded us exactly why we love showing up for our community. 🫶🏼

We do this every year, and one of the most meaningful parts is seeing people come by just to say hello. Not because they’re looking to buy or sell a home, but because they appreciate us being there and having a presence in our community. Hearing that means more to us than they probably realize. ☺️

Real estate has always been about so much more than houses. It’s about relationships, connection, and being part of something bigger than ourselves. Moments like these are a reminder that this is our why. ❤️

Thank you Jean Jean for making our cutting board giveaway. We appreciate you! They LOVED it! 🤩

We won’t let Isaias rain on our parade! 🌈 Giving away new swag, having new conversations, and meeting new people. We are grateful to have the opportunity to be a vendor Atlanta Pride for our 4th year! See you Sunday at booth G36!💚

2 closings today!!! 🏠🏠🤩🥳

I didn’t attend my 1st closing because my Seller lives in California, but I am super happy for him! He was able to sell his final property here in GA! 🎉

But to these two right here! ☺️ I’m proud of them and I’m super excited for them. I love that I’m also learning from them! 🤩We found them the perfect investment opportunity! I can’t wait to show you the before and after pictures when they are done! Stay tuned! ⚒️ 🧰 it’s going to be epic!

CLOSING DAY!!!🏠🥳 So happy for my first time home buyers!!! We originally talked about a year ago and came up with a game plan! They have been working hard to get themselves ready and today was the day! 🤩 No more renting! They are now building equity and making room for their growing family! They are such kind people and I’m so pumped for all the positive moments happening in their lives! ☺️ Congratulations my friends!

CLOSING DAY!!!🏠🥳 I’m happy that my client trusted the process even when I knew I was stressing her out. 😂
We listed her home for sale not knowing where she was going next. We got an offer on her home after a couple of weeks on the market! 🎉 Her buyer agreed to give us 6 weeks so we hit the ground running. We looked at homes a couple times a week and then on the final day, our deadline of when we needed to be under contract, a home popped up that was exactly what we had been looking for! 🤯 Perfect timing! ☺️ We ended up closing on the home she was selling at 11am and she bought her new home at 12pm. It all worked out and I’m so happy for her! 🤩 She trusted me and she was only homeless for an hour. 😂
I was her Realtor 8 years ago when she purchased the home she just sold. She is a great human and I’m happy this worked out for her. ❤️

Thank you Ganek Poncey-Highland Office for getting her purchase closed in 10 days so she was able to close them back to back on the same day. 🥳
