Here are some things every Realtor thinks... but rarely says out loud. 😂
“We knew you weren’t buying that first house.”
“The Zestimate made us laugh.”
“You said your budget was $800k... then sent us a $1.2M listing.”
“Yes... we noticed the smell.”
“No... that’s not ‘just paint.’”
“The floor wasn’t slanted... you were standing on the transition strip.”
“You absolutely judged the owners based on their decor... and so did we.”
“We already knew which house you’d pick before you did.”
“We absolutely knew you were buying it... the moment you asked, ‘Where would the Christmas tree go?’”
..That’s when you know the showing’s over. They just might not know it yet 😂
