Our useless Congressional as**at Bobby Scott's office said the FBI claims, "federal law is not out jurisdiction". Interesting...so what FEDERAL agency enforces FEDERAL LAW. Oops, ITS SUPPOSED TO BE THE FBI. So they are now accomplices in aiding and embedding an interstate kidnapping. Wild.

What is sad is that when a wife flees a state with a child that literally forces a man to prove a woman is an "unfit mother" in court to even get custody- yet after being served with a divorce/custody subpoena fraudulently files out of state that there are no cases pending between the parties and gets a support/custody order violating UCCJEA and PKPA laws on: first to file, jurisdiction, inconvenient forum, forum shopping- and also willfully falsifying court docs (which is also a parental kidnapping by use of deception), and lying under oath claiming the "marriage is over" (when she was being charged with desertion in VA). Also, took my right for a "fair and speedy trial" as it took over 2 years to get an illegal order made WITHOUT serving me with process to notify of the case, and my motion filed to be answered Sua Sponte was literally outright ignored as it outlined that VA had already assumed jurisdiction Sept 1, 2013. Game set and match. SO WHY IS MY CHILD 11 AND NEVER SEEN HIS FATHER. HOW/WHY DID THE MOTHER FILE FOR DIVORCE FROM THE SAME PERSON SHE CLAIMED TO NOT BE MARRIED TO- TO GET A ILLEGAL ORDER MADE?!? 28 USC 1738A(g) was violted several times. 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2022.....

Latest update: ex-wife gets a retired judge to falsify a divorce decree once again violating Federal Law 1738A stating that no such order can be made as DIVORCE AND CUSTODY ARE STILL PENDING IN VIRGINIA. Thanks, the FBI will add this judge to their investigation against these sick judges that will lose their license to practice law and be disbarred. Good luck. Hope y’all have enough to retire if you don’t end up in prison.

My FBI complaints that get swept under the rug:
Wife filed our marital status as SINGLE in NJ to obtain an illegal custody order in 2013 to make her parental kidnapping in NJ a RICO case when divorce and custody were filed in VA in 2012 PRIOR to her fleeing VA. 8 yrs later I HAVE NEVER SEEN MY SON AND WE WERE MARRIED WITH NO LEGAL SEPERATION OR DIVORCE UNTIL 2021. NJ just wrote a DIVORCE DECREE for parties they claimed were SINGLE. USC 1738A(g)

NJ Burlington courts have AGAIN violated Federal law 28 USC 1738A(g) making a divorce order when divorce and custody are PENDING IN VIRGINIA. FEDERAL OFFENSE. NEXT JUDGE TO GET DISBARRED- but this time they got a family friend that is a RETIRED judge. So no chance of ANY repercussions. I wish I was a criminal so I could work in the court system and make a bunch of fake orders that civilians obey...WOW.

Amazing how NJ courts allow a PA resident to file for divorce...even more interesting is how someone that filed her MARITAL STATUS WAS SINGLE IN 2013 AND 2014 IS MAGICALLY MARRIED TO THE PERSON SHE JUST FILED FOR DIVORCE...SO how could a custody/support order be made back in 2014 when both parties were MARRIED yet paperwork claims SINGLE to allow an ILLEGAL COURT ORDER 7 YEARS AGO. OOPS. LETS KICK THESE CROOKED NJ JUDGES OFF THE BAR.
