Let’s say you’re paying $1,400 a month in rent.

That means in 5 years you will have paid:
💸 $84,000 to your landlord.

Now imagine buying a home for around $139,000.

With a small down payment, your monthly payment could be close to what you’re already paying in rent (depending on taxes, insurance, and interest rate).

But here’s the difference:

When you RENT for 5 years
• You pay about $84,000
• You own nothing

When you OWN for 5 years
• Part of your payment goes toward your loan balance
• You start building equity
• Your home may increase in value

So instead of paying your landlord $84,000…
you could be investing that money into your own home.
