Licensing, arming, and training! These four gentlemen recently became American citizens. Two born in Taiwan and two born in China, all four left or fled their country to find education, safety, and freedom from tyranny. I had the privilege today to teach these very eager yet humble men find their God given right to protect themselves and their family. The stories these men told me made me extremely thankful for the life that so many take for granted. There is nothing better than being a part of the launching point for arming the mind!

We are honored to have been extended an invitation to participate in the NRA Weekend at Cabela's in Allen this weekend. It's going to be a great weekend with many different events and seminars, and Vortex Defense Solutions is going to be hosting a number of different events! We would love for you all to come by and see our table, spend time in our seminars, and get a chance to see what is happening with Vortex Defense Solutions!

On Saturday, September 14th, we will be hosting:

At 2 PM, CONCEAL AND CARRY Q & A--The peace of mind that can come with getting your conceal and carry permit is worth the time it takes. Find out if it is right for you by talking to us! You will learn about Texas laws and how you can become certified.

On Sunday, September 15th, we will be hosting:

At 2 PM, VINTAGE GUNS--Want to learn more about vintage fi****ms? A knowledgeable instructor will be on hand to show you an assortment of collector and vintage fi****ms and will assist you with questions.

At 5 PM, HOW TO CONCEAL YOUR HANDGUN--There are many ways to conceal your firearm. We will discuss the proper techniques of and what the law says about concealment, the pros and cons of the different types of holsters, and practical methods used to conceal your firearm effectively and efficiently.

There will be a lot going on this weekend, so come down and see us! We are looking forward to seeing you all there!
