Next stop, a local coffee shop for a coffee or a matcha. I recently discovered this little hidden gem Warbler Coffee Co. & it’s quickly become a favorite. Great coffee & customer service ☕️

End your morning by heading to Harlingen for an Estate Sale. Follow Estate Sales by Jessica for current & upcoming sales. Estate Sales are great & fun way to rummage for treasures. When you step into someone’s house, it tells a story of who they are or once were. You can see that through their furniture, decor, china, clothing, etc. An Eatate Sale is basically the storybook of someone’s life. It’s very interesting & telling & it’s one of my favorite things to do 🏡

It’s Champagne Saturday at Sisters 🥂

I’m proud to say that South Padre Island has been my home away from home for 21 years. I love supporting local businesses & one of my favorites is Sisters Interiors. They offer interior design services, beautiful coastal furniture & home decor, housewares & the entire line of MacKenzie-Childs, jewelry, gifts, clothing & more. It’s always fun to stop by as the inventory is always changing with every season.

I moved to Brownsville 25 years ago with my husband. Brownsville has always felt like a little hidden gem. Now more people are relocating & discovering a place that I’ve called home for over two decades. It’s bittersweet. We love Brownsville ❤️

There’s a different energy in the city… you can feel it. More people watching, more people visiting, more people talking about what’s happening here.

Local businesses are opening and growing, events are bringing people out, and downtown feels alive. The momentum is building and it’s showing in every corner of the city.

We’ve always had the culture, the food, the people… now the spotlight is catching up. And it still feels like us ❤️
