I want to take a minute to own something!

I recently posted a video that I've since taken down. My goal was to reach agents who are looking for more training and mentorship, but I went about it the wrong way, and it came across as if I had no support starting out. That's just not true, and I can absolutely see how it was hurtful.

Training and mentorship look different at every brokerage and team, but different doesn't mean nonexistent. I received real training and support from my former broker and the team at Magnolia Dream Real Estate, and I'm grateful for everything they poured into me in my first years in this business.

I've never spoken badly about anyone at Magnolia, and I would never intentionally try to hurt someone, especially someone who did so much for me.

I take full ownership of how that video came across, and I'm truly sorry. 💗

🏡 CALLING ALL STANLY COUNTY RENTERS! 🏡

Okay friends, I need YOUR help with a little research project! 🙌

Rent prices in Stanly County have been all over the place lately, and I want to know what people are actually paying, not just what the listing sites say. So if you’ve rented a home, apartment, duplex, or townhouse anywhere in Stanly County in the last 9 months, I’d love to hear from you!

Just drop a comment with:

📍 Where? (Albemarle, Oakboro, Norwood, Locust, New London, Badin, Stanfield, Richfield… anywhere in the county!)
🛏️ How many bedrooms?
💵 Monthly rent?

That’s it! No names or addresses needed. 😊

I’m putting all of this together into a real-life look at what renting in Stanly County costs right now, and I’ll share my findings when it’s done! 📊 If you’d like a copy sent straight to you, add your email to your comment and I’ll make sure it lands in your inbox. 💌

Not renting right now? Tag a friend who is, or hit share so we get the most accurate numbers possible! The more answers, the better the results. 🙏

Thank you SO much, y’all! 💕
