Tough days can come without warning, but there are ways to turn them around. This week, to help you and your family take care of your mental health, we're sharing a belly breathing exercise. Whenever you’re feeling overwhelmed, try this:

☀️ Place one hand on your stomach and the other on your chest.

☀️ Breathe slowly and deeply into your belly, trying to raise your hand as if you’re filling a balloon with air.

☀️ Keep the hand on your chest still, breathing only into your stomach.

☀️ Slowly breathe out, feeling the hand on your belly lower like a deflating balloon.

☀️ Repeat this as many times as you need, taking your time.

Remember, in the midst of a whirlwind, these mindful moments can be your anchor. With each breath, you're giving yourself the chance to reset and take on whatever comes your way.
