Good morning, Trincity neighbours,
This is a notification that you would have received in your mailbox from the Investment Company that is behind the Xtra Foods project at the corner of CRH and Central Road (at the bottom of Delamarre Ave.
It means that a year and more after the meeting at the Community Centre, a Certificate of Environmental Clearance is now before the EMA and other applications before the Town & Country Division of the Planning Ministry.
I am of the opinion that, should we have any objections/concerns about this project, we should make them known to the EMA and T&C Division, as a collective of concerned/affected residents, rather than as individuals, as the Notification asked us to with an unrealistic deadline of 7 days after we got the Notification.
