Villa Sixty Four is located in a quiet area of the Maras District only a few minutes walk to Dalyan Town Centre, Restaurants, Bars and Shops.
The property consists of 3 double bedrooms on the first floor. A master bedroom with en suite bathroom and family bathroom serving bedrooms 2 & 3, that will comfortably sleeps 6 people.
There is a fully fitted kitchen area with oven, hob,dishwasher, fridge freezer, dining table for 8 people and everything needed for home dining.
A washing machine is located in the downstairs cloakroom.
The lounge area has large comfortable sofas and armchairs, TV with WiFi accessible throughout the Villa.
On the front patio, we have a dining table and chairs for 6 people, patio lounge furniture. There are sun loungers and umbrellas by the private pool area.
At the rear of the Villa is a BBQ for you outdoor cooking needs and a small patio that catches the early morning sun, great for that first morning cup of tea or Turkish Çay.
