วีซ่าแต่งงาน
วีซ่าแต่งงาน หรือวีซ่าติดตามสามี — ภรรยา ชาวไทย สำหรับชาวต่างชาติที่จดทะเบียนสมรสกับชาวไทยและต้องการพำนักอยู่ในการเทศไทย วีซ่าประเภทนี่สามารถอยู่ประเทศไทยได้เป็นเวลา 1 ปี และจะต้องต่อวีซ่าทุกๆปี ชาวต่างชาติที่ต้องการยื่นขอวีซ่าประเทศติดตามสามีหรือภรรยาไทย ก่อนเดินทางเข้าสหราชอาณาจักรไทยจะต้องเดินทางเข้ามาด้วยวีซ่าประเภท NON-IMMGRANT O วีซ่าประเภทนี้สามารถทำงานในประเทศไทยได้หลังจากทำการยื่นขอ workpermit ต่อไป กรณีไม่ได้ขอวีซ่าประเภท NON-IMMGRANT O เข้ามาสามารถมาทำภายในประเทศไทยได้
เอกสารที่ต้องใช้ยื่นวีซ่ามีดังนี้
1. หนังสือเดินทางตัวจริง
2. รูปถ่าย 2 นิ้ว 3 ใบ
3. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านของภรรยา 1 ใบ พร้อมเซ็นรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง
4. สำเนาบัตรประชาชนของภรรยา 1 ใบ พร้อมเซ็นรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง
5. สำเนาทะเบียนสมรส และ สำเนาใบบันทึกสมรส อย่างละ 1 ใบ ทั้งคู่เซ็นรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง และ สำเนาใบโสดที่สถานทูตออกให้
6. สำเนาใบเกิดลูก ทุกคน 1 ใบ ( ถ้ามี )
7. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านลูก ทุกคน 1 ใบ ( ถ้ามี )
8. สมุดแบงค์ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย กรุงไทย กรุงเทพ เล่มจริง และ สำเนาหน้าแรก พร้อมเซ็นรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง และต้องมีเงินในบัญชี 400,000 บาท
9. รูปถ่ายแต่งงาน และ รูปถ่ายครอบครัว 10 ใบ 4 * 6 นิ้ว ห้ามขาวดำ) กรณีรูปถ่าย ขอภาพภายในบ้าน ที่ถ่ายกับสามีหรือภรรยา ถ้ายื่นเคสบุตรไทย ต้องถ่ายให้เห็นพ่อแม่ลูก

ลูกค้าและสามีหรือภรรยา และบุตร ต้องมาโชว์ตัวและถ่ายรุปเข้าระบบที่ ตม. แจ้งวัฒนะ
ลูกค้าต้องนำเอกสารที่ทางเราแจ้งไปมาให้ครบ หรือให้ทางเราจัดเอกสารแล้วนัดเจอวันที่ยื่นได้
กรณียื่น 1 ปีทุกเคสที่ตม.แจ้งวัฒนะ
ลูกค้าและสามีหรือภรรยา และบุตร ต้องมาโชว์ตัวและถ่ายรุปเข้าระบบที่ ตม. แจ้งวัฒนะ
ลูกค้าต้องนำเอกสารที่ทางเราแจ้งไปมาให้ครบ หรือให้ทางเราจัดเอกสารแล้วนัดเจอวันที่ยื่นได้
Thai Spouse Visa (NON-IMMIGRANT– O)

For those married to a Thai national and wishing to relocate to Thailand, we can assist you in obtaining a Non-Immigrant-O Visa. This type of visa can be applied for from outside or inside Thailand*. This visa must be renewed each year. After a Non-Immigrant-O Visa has been obtained, you may also apply for a work permit.
The following documents are required to apply for NON-IMMIGRANT– O visa:

Original passport (Valid for no less than 6 months).
3 passport style pictures of 2×2 cm.
1 copy of house registration of Thai spouse with signature.
1 copy of identity card of Thai spouse with signature.
1 copy of marriage certificate with signature of both husband and wife.
1 copy of birth certificate of any accompanying children.
1 copy of house registration document of any accompanying child.
1 copy of bank statement with signature and a balance of at least 400,000 Baht.
10 pictures of wedding day including with children (size of 4×6 cm).
Apply and receive a single entry, 3 months NON-IMMIGRANT-O
Provide all above documents and send to Visatogo. We will organize the appointment with the immigration and make sure that all your documents are in order. Foreigner, Thai spouse and any children must be present for the appointment at the Chaeng Wattana immigration office.
