I don't get it- First Vice President denied his affiliation with the white army and vice versa. If white army was allegiance to the SPLM-io as a party, this would be a great move but it's the opposite. White army is a terrorist organization in South Sudan that is controlling Nasir which justified any action taken against them by the government. Making peace between Riek and Salva is baseless since white army is not represented by His Excellency Dr. Riek Machar.
