One of the public talks to be conducted by us. This talk is predominantly in Chinese but it also comes with English explanation. Audience should expect to hear the speaker explanation on how a contract is formed, when a contract is considered not to be formed, business contract versus social arrangement, performances, discharge of contract, breaches and remedies.
