Ending my day with a birthday closing !😍

Happy to be able to help a couple restructure their property portfolio ! ❤️

Our 4th time receiving this award together at the gala night 🥰 真的不容易啊😂

Grateful to have squeezed into the Top 600 and to receive the Rising Millionaire Award. Behind every achievement is not just hard work, but also countless late nights, negotiations, rejections, and failures before reaching success.

Many people think our job looks easy or like “easy money”, but they don’t see the heavy marketing costs, the effort to stay active on social media, the constant disturbances from scam calls, and even dealing with fake buyers or sellers 😂 All these are part of the journey.

Out of 493 units of 4-room flats in Sengkang, we weren’t the cheapest,but we still secured a successful sale within just 1 month! ❤️

In such a highly competitive market, this closing means so much to me. It’s never just about pricing,it’s about positioning, presentation, and the story we tell buyers.

Despite being a low floor unit, it was never a challenge. Why? Because the home was exceptionally well-kept. Every viewing spoke for itself—the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and even the inside of the wardrobes were beautifully organised. When buyers requested to view the cupboards, they were genuinely impressed ,not just by what they could see, but the care behind it 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥰
