Honoured to have been featured in The Straits Times over both yesterday and today. ๐๐ฐ
Late last year, I shared my perspective with CNA as a parent on raising children in the age of smartphones. This time, the conversation turned to another milestone many Singapore families know well: choosing the right home before and during the Primary 1 journey, something I could definitely relate to from both a parentโs and realtorโs perspective.
As a parent of two daughters who went through their Primary 1 to PSLE journey at NYPS, with a year in between spent schooling in Adelaide, Australia, I know first-hand how much goes into these decisions. Itโs about balancing whatโs best for our children with what works for the family as a whole.
Different topics, same belief: family comes first in the decisions that matter.
โDonโt just try to buy a school and forget to buy a home.โ
School proximity matters, but so do affordability, space, commute, amenities, family routines and whether the home still works for your family years down the road.
Whether youโre buying, selling, investing or planning a move around your childrenโs schooling, feel free to PM me anytime. Always happy to share perspectives and work through the options together. ๐ก๐โบ๏ธ
