Recently helped our clients in purchasing their next home near the upcoming transformation of Bukit Timah!

Comparing between upcoming new launches and resale units within the district, we secured a resale 999-year leasehold 2 bedroom. Why did we not go for the new launches instead?
After understanding this family’s needs and wants, and shortlisting a few comparisons of new and resale, we saw that the resale option would be a better fit for their current situation as well as future plans. We started viewings, and zoomed in on one specific listing.

After a week-long negotiation, we secured the shortlisted unit at more than $128,000 below the asking price. So thankful for the trust and support in engaging me to represent them on this journey.
