10 years ago, i would have never imagine myself to be who i am today. Coming from a humble background, leaving my 1st job as a Regular in the Navy, i was at the cross road of my life at the age of 27.
I took the leap of faith into this industry and I’ve met countless obstacles along the way. Starting from scratch, i began to gain my foothold in the HDB segment. However, my career started to reach a point of stagnation and began declining. It was a good wake up call because i was getting too comfortable with what I’m doing and I’ve stopped learning. This is a very deadly mistake in our trade because it is constantly evolving and if we are not improving, we can be Replaced!
In 2016, i decided to come onboard PropNex to restart my career. With the training onboard, closely knitted support from the company & division, I’m glad to share that I’ve breakthrough my sales tremendously and most importantly, i got back my passion for work! As such, I’ve decided to Pay It Forward.
I began building my own team 3 years back and I’m glad that all my agents that came onboard have achieved their deserving breakthrough as well! Our division signature 4 Steps Technique & for Assets Progression have witness countless New Launches Closings within the team. This year, I’ve personally spearheaded with our fellow Leaders in the division on an intensive 6 months S.E.E.D Program whereby we handheld each individuals to apply during their groundwork and we guaranteed all participants on achieving 6 figures income within 6 months! I’m glad to have witness many of my team members fulfilling their Assets Progression Plans and are proud owners of private properties!
