I did not expect the buyer to make an offer, as I understood this was the first unit they viewed after receiving the HFE.

We met at 4:30 pm to view the flat, and the buyer texted me at 11:32 pm to make an offer. Sometimes having no expectations can lead to a pleasant surprise.
