Thinking of buying a 1 bedder? 🤔
1 bedder vs 2 bedder for investment.

On paper, 1 bedders look cheaper.
But in Singapore’s market… cheaper doesn’t always mean better.

A 1 bedder might give a false sense of security with its lower price quantum. Less money paid = lower risk right?
