π My Journey as a BNI President π
One of the most fulfilling role in my 2 years with BNI Esprit, leading a team of selfless business owners from all walks of life (and business trades).
I have always believed in the concept of BNI, where a group of close knitted business owners pass referrals to each other. This was the core of BNI.
However, during my presidency, I realised that BNI has so much more to offer - from global connections, cross chapters collaboration, mindset leaders, powerful trainings and resources - it is a place where we can do business freely without competition.
I am grateful to the chapterβs leadership team ( ) & the rest of the support leadership team (you know who yβall are) for always being there to guide and support my role. Throughout the 1 year, you have gained my trust in business and I hope I have made the same impact too.
Of course, the most selfless individuals are our SDC & DC .. They are the true embodiment of Giversβ Gain, with little business interest in our chapter but still actively supports Esprit to grow, I can confidently say, that not alot of people can do what they do. A true reflection of character and leadership π
Moving on as I take up other roles in the chapter, this journey will always stay close with me and remind me to always contribute back to the chapter as that is the true embodiment of the BNI core value - βGivers Gainβ
With that, hereβs to becoming bigger and over 35! π₯π₯
