They say, "It takes a village to raise a child". I believe this statement is true even in today's modern context. The amount of sacrifices we make as filial parents for our children is enormous.

Sacrifices that we (parents) make shall be equitable or nothing less than seeing our Kid attain their success in their adulthood; achieving their financial freedom and achieving dreams that they can ever imagine.

Their dreams depend on our early plans and action. The seed we grow today will become a big tree that bears fruit that we can all enjoy and take shade upon.

COVID19 ENDEMIC AND ACHIEVING FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE

Yesterday evening i was sharing with my spouse how looking forward and excited i am to be fully vaccinated (2 Doses completed). This means that i have taken the call of the nation’s transition from being in a Pandemic into an Endemic situation.

Both myself and spouse, we are deeply saddened by the demise of a talented Malaysian Singer Siti Sarah recently. My sincere and heartfelt condolence (Takziah) to Abang Shuib and his family hence have attached his IG live photo as a token of respect. That event had sparked the urgency for my Spouse to immediately to book slots for the doses. I am glad she had taken the advice with so much positivity. I urge my friends and closed ones to take part in the nation’s transition too because i can’t take the emotions looking somebody helpless donning the oxygen mask because that will be probably be too late (touch wood).

Later today i be meeting a Client who is also fully vaccinated, and we are both so proud of that status, knowing that with Allah’s grace we will be able to prevent ourselves from being in a critical condition.

I am glad that with blessing in disguise, this Covid19 has actually gave rise in realisation amongst the public to think about various ways to grow wealth. People are more conservative in luxury spending while rather setting aside that same amount for investing and/or covering the gaps in their health insurances. I feel this habit of investing and insuring oneself shall be embedded in our Community. As being in a metropolitan city like Singapore achieving financial independence is necessary before helping/saving others.

And today i would like to help somebody to be independent in his livelihood. Independent in his wealth accumulation and protection.

Key takeaway from a Colleague of mine giving a short sermon in Mosque Angullia:

Honesty is a best Policy. During Ramadhan, Fasting is a test of Honesty. No one know if somebody is fasting or not. But only him/her and Allah knows. For a better world and surrounding, i believe in upholding truth no matter how painful it is, but is still better than any beautiful lie.
