Our Office provides to its clients a set of Industrial Services including the following services:
1 – Preparation and filing of industrial applications, increase of applications’ contents and and following up official procedures;
2 – Filing custom exemption applications regarding:
A – Basic and raw materials .
B – Machinery, equipment and spare parts.
3 – Appealing against rejection of applications for customs exemptions to factories inputs used in the industrial processes which have no local equivalent; demanding invalidating judicial resolutions or giving compensation thereof from competent authorities.
4 – Clearance of chemical and dangerous materials.
5 – Recovery of customs fees paid to exempted materials, whether guarantee based fees or actual fees .
6 – Filing applications for recruitment of workforce necessary for factories operation.
