The volume of real estate transactions in Qatar in the sixth month of June 2024 exceeded 1.1 billion Qatari riyals, with 285 transactions recorded.
According to the real estate transactions area index, the most active areas in real estate transactions during the month of June were in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha and Al Dhaain, where Al Rayyan Municipality accounted for 40%, followed by Doha Municipality with 24%, then Al Dhagain Municipality with 17%, Umm Salal Municipality with 8%, Al Wakra Municipality and Al Khor and Al Dhakira Municipalities with 4% each, and Al Shamal Municipality with 3%.
In terms of area, Al Rayyan accounted for 40%, Doha 24% and Al Dhagain 17%.
In terms of the number of transactions, Al Rayyan accounted for 29%, Doha 24% and Al Dhagain 20%.
The average price per square foot ranged between QAR 390 and QAR 682 per square foot in Doha, with Al Daayen area recording the highest value with six properties sold.
Residential properties recorded 52 transactions worth QAR 122.6 million.

بلغ حجم التداولات العقارية في قطر في الشهر السادس حزيران يونيو 2024 أكثر من 1,1 مليار ريال قطري، حيث تم تسجيل 285 صفقة.
ووفقاً لمؤشر مساحة التداولات العقارية، كانت أكثر المناطق نشاطاً في التداولات العقارية خلال شهر حزيران يونيو في بلديات الريان والدوحة والظعاين, حيث استحوذت بلدية الريان على نسبة 40%, تليها بلدية الدوحة بنسبة 24%, ثم بلدية الظغاين بنسبة 17%, وبلدية أم صلال بنسبة 8%, وبلدية الوكرة وبلديتي الخور والذخيرة بنسبة 4%, لكل منهما, وبلدية الشمال بنسبة 3%.
ومن حيث المساحة استحوذت الريان على 40% والدوحة 24% والظعاين 17%.
ومن حيث عدد الصفقات، استحوذت الريان على 29%والدوحة 24% والظعاين 20%.
وتراوح متوسط سعر القدم المربع بين 390 و682 ريالاً قطرياً للقدم المربع في الدوحة، وسجلت منطقة الظعاين أعلى قيمة ببيع ست عقارات.
وسجلت العقارات السكنية 52 صفقة بقيمة 122.6 مليون ريال قطري.
