ڪجھ ڏينھن اڳ ۾ مير موھن ميگھواڙ پاران وڪيل گلاب ڏيپال سان بداخلاقي ڪئي ھئي، سموري بار پاران سخت موقف اختيار ڪرڻ کانپوء موھن دوستن کي وچ ۾ آڻي اڄ عمرڪوٽ بار ۾ معافي گھرڻ لاء اچڻ تي بار طرفان معاف ڪيو ويو.
بار پاران وڪيل دوستن سان ڪنھن بہ اھڙي اڻوڻندڙ واقعي جي صورتحال ۾ ھر قانوني رستو اختيار ڪري گڏ بيھڻ اولين ترجيح ھوندي.
Umerkot District Bar Association took strong notice of insulting behaviour of Mr. Mir Mohan towards Learned Advocate Mr. Gulab Daipal and decided to take legal action against him. Today Mr. Mir Mohan visited Umerkot District Bar Office to apologise the Learned Advocate Gulab Daipal. Mr Daipal by showing grace accepted apology.
Office bearers of District Bar reaffirmed that any hostile attitude towards learned advocates will not be tolerated and integrity of advocates will not be compromised.

Today on 14-12-2022 a delegation from National Bank Umerkot led by bank manager was welcomed by the district president, general secretary, office bearers & senior advocates who came to District Bar Office Umerkot to seek apology from learned advocate Aijaz Ali Halepoto for yesterday’s unwelcomed incident, the learned advocate accepted apology. امریکی شہری جوناتھن لی رچز یہ دنیا کا عجیب و غریب انسان ہے یہ دنیا میں سب سے زیادہ مقدمات لڑنے والا شخص کہلاتا ہے.

اس نے سب سے پہلا مقدمہ اپنی ماں کے خلاف درج کروایا کہ ماں نے ان کی تربیت اچھی نہیں کی ہے یہ کیس جیت گیا اور 20 ہزار ڈالر معاوضہ اسے ملے.

اس نے اپنے دوستوں،اپنے اساتذہ،اپنے ہمسایہ،اپنے رشتہ دار،اپنی منگیتر،پولیس آفیسران،ججز،مشہور کمپنیوں حتی کہ جارج بش پر بھی مقدمات کئے.

مختلف عدالتوں میں ان کی طرف سے داخل کئے گئے مقدمات کی تعداد 2600 ہوگئی،ان کا نام گنیز بک آف ورلڈ میں شامل کیا گیا اس نے گنیز بک آف ورلڈ مالکان کے خلاف مقدمہ کیا کہ ان کی اجازت کے بغیر ان کی ذاتی زندگی سے متعلق مواد کیوں شائع کر دیا ہے.

مختلف مقدمات میں یہ ہرجانوں اور معاوضوں کی صورت میں آٹھ لاکھ پچاس ہزار ڈالر جیت گیا.

انہیں ایک ٹی وی ٹاک شو میں بلایا گیا اس نے انتہائی دکھ اور رنج کے عالم میں میزبان سے سوال کیا کہ کیا وجہ ہے اتنی شہرت کے باوجود میں تنہا زندگی گزار رہا ہوں کوئی مجھ سے پیار کرنے والا نہیں ہے.

ٹی وی میزبان اس سوال پر ہنس پڑے اور کافی دیر تک ہنستے رہے یہ ٹاک شو چھوڑ کر اٹھا اور ٹی وی چینل کے خلاف کیس کر دیا 50 ہزار ڈالر ادھر سے بھی جیت لیا .!.
