ایف آئی آر نمبر 34 مؤرخہ 02-04-2022، تھانہ تالاش، زیرِ دفعہ 302/34 تعزیراتِ پاکستان میں نامزد ملزم کو مورخہ 24-01-2026 کو معزز ایڈیشنل سیشن جج (دوم) دیر لوئر، تیمرگرہ کی عدالت سے باعزت بریت حاصل ہوئی۔

ملزم کی پیروی جناب سردار محمد عارف تاجک ایڈووکیٹ ہائی کورٹ اور اسد شاھین خان ایڈوکیٹ نے نہایت احسن انداز میں کی۔ یہ فیصلہ اس بات کی روشن مثال ہے کہ سچائی بالآخر غالب آتی ہے اور انصاف قائم رہتا ہے۔

اللہ تعالیٰ کا بے حد شکر ہے۔

In FIR No. 34 dated 02-04-2022, registered at Police Station Talash under Sections 302/34 PPC, the accused has been honorably acquitted vide order dated 24-01-2026 by the Hon’ble Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dir Lower at Timergara.

The case was ably defended by Mr. Sardar Muhammad Arif Tajik, Advocate High Court and Mr. Asad Shaheen Khan Advocate. This judgment reflects that truth ultimately prevails and justice stands firm when facts are properly appreciated.

مورخہ 28-01-2026 کو تھانہ تیمرگرہ میں درج مقدمہ 30، زیر دفعات 324/353/34 تعزیراتِ پاکستان، 15-اے اے اور 9(3-C) سی این ایس اے خیبر پختونخوا میں نامزد ملزم کی بعد از گرفتاری ضمانت معزز ایڈیشنل سیشن جج (دوم) دیر پائین، تیمرگرہ نے منظور فرما لی۔

مذکورہ مقدمہ میں ملزم کی جانب سے جناب سردار محمد عارف تاجک ایڈووکیٹ ہائی کورٹ اور جناب اسد شاہین خان ایڈووکیٹ پیش ہوئے۔
