About three years back
Perpetrators Muhammad Shaikh and Ali Mohammad Shaikh in the jurisdiction of P.S Mirpur Sakro trespassed into the Cattle pen of one Abdul Aziz Kalohi with intention to commit theft, where they while commiting theft made straight firing and murdered the son of one Abdul Aziz Kalohi.
And Such case was registered at P.S Mirpur Sakro and trial has been commenced before 1st Additional Sessions/ MCTC Thatta and today i.e 13.7.2024 Justice has been served and they both have been convicted for life imprisonment and Compensation for Rs.300,000/- to be paid by accused persons to Lrs of deceased.
The Case of complainant was proceeded by Prominent and Senior Lawyer Aijaz Ahmed Jumani .

It was indeed a remarkable effort of Sir Aijaz Jumani that culminated into a bombastic success. The Justice was finally served to the bereaved family after 7 years. Eventually justice prevailed.
