The APLA strongly condemns the heinous and unlawful act in which a minor girl,Namely (Zakeera Rind) aged about 12 years, a student of Quran Pak at a madrasa, has allegedly been abducted, trapped, and forcibly married by a Molvi in Village Janhan Soomro Taluka Bulri Shah Karim, District Tando Muhammad Khan.

This act is not only morally reprehensible but also a gross violation of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Child Marriage Restraint laws, and fundamental human rights. Marriage with a minor is a serious criminal offence, punishable under Pakistani law, and no religious or social justification can legalize such an act.
APLA hereby demands the SSP Tando Muhammad Khan to take immediate and strict action, ensure the safe recovery of the minor girl, and proceed against the accused strictly in accordance with law.
APLA stands firmly for the protection of minors, rule of law, and justice without discrimination, and will continue to raise its voice until justice is ensured.

We stand with the affected family and demand immediate action from SSP Badin. Justice delayed is safety denied.

APLA Hyderabad Division strongly condemns the baseless FIR lodged against the peaceful students of (SAU) Tandojam. Targeting youth for participating in a cultural rally is a direct attack on their constitutional rights, democratic freedoms, and cultural identity. We demand immediate withdrawal of the FIR transparency from authorities, and protection of students from harassment. APLA stands firmly with the students and remains committed to defending their dignity rights, and lawful freedoms.
