Introspect (आत्मनिरीक्षण):-
Think about the things you enjoy doing most, Better than others.
उन चीजों के बारे में सोचें जिन्हें करने में आपको सबसे ज्यादा मज़ा आता है, दूसरों से बेहतर।
Think about one unique intrinsic quality with which you can make a difference in someone’s life.
एक अद्वितीय आंतरिक गुणवत्ता के बारे में सोचें जिसके साथ आप किसी के जीवन में बदलाव ला सकते हैं।
Think about Value proposition you can transfer by serving the community.
मूल्य प्रस्ताव के बारे में सोचें जिसे आप समुदाय की सेवा करके स्थानांतरित कर सकते हैं।
2. Write it Done:-
When it comes to Writing, as elders and grownups we mostly hesitate to do so. The 3 benefits of Writing down are :-जब लेखन की बात आती है, तो बुजुर्ग और बड़े होने के नाते हम ज्यादातर ऐसा करने में संकोच करते हैं। नीचे लिखने के 3 लाभ हैं: –

When you Meditate with Open Eyes, you keep thinking about the things you have written, moving here and there, pressuring your mind and using your mind, you will get the solution but most of the solutions you get are short lived or Temporary.जब आप खुली आंखों से ध्यान करते हैं, तो आप अपने द्वारा लिखी गई चीजों के बारे में सोचते रहते हैं, यहां-वहां घूमते रहते हैं, अपने दिमाग पर दबाव डालते हैं और अपने दिमाग का इस्तेमाल करते हैं, आपको समाधान मिल जाएगा लेकिन आपके द्वारा प्राप्त अधिकांश समाधान अल्पकालिक या अस्थायी हैं।
With Eyes Closed (आंखें बंद करके)
When you Meditate with Eyes Closed, Looking for the solution, your Heart and Mind both Comes in Co-ordination with each other and the solution you get is one of the best.जब आप बंद आँखों के साथ ध्यान करते हैं, तो समाधान की तलाश में, आपका दिल और दिमाग दोनों एक दूसरे के साथ समन्वय में आते हैं और आपको जो समाधान मिलता है वह सबसे अच्छा है।

Surrender yourself to the Almighty and With Prayerful Heart Read the things you have Written down, for 10 to 15 mins and go to Sleep. You will be amazed when you wake up you are very clear in your thoughts and the path to reach your Goal will be Clear.
