یوکے وزٹ ویزا کیس – کامیاب پی اے پی (𝐏𝐀𝐏) ریسپانس کا خلاصہ

𝟐𝟐 مئی 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 کو یو کے ہوم آفس نے ناصر کی جانب سے بھیجے گئے 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥 (𝐏𝐀𝐏) لیٹر کا مثبت جواب دیا۔ ناصر نے اپنے وزٹ ویزا کی 𝟏𝟐 مئی 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 کو ہونے والی ریفیوزل کے خلاف قانونی اعتراضات اٹھائے تھے۔

ناصر کا مؤقف تھا کہ:

ویزا آفیسر (𝐄𝐂𝐎) نے تمام ثبوت صحیح طریقے سے نہیں دیکھے،

قانونی غلطیاں کی گئیں،

طریقہ کار میں انصاف نہیں برتا گیا،

اور درخواست پر سخت اور غیر منصفانہ رویہ اپنایا گیا جو 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟎 اور 𝐑𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝟏𝟗𝟕𝟔 کی خلاف ورزی ہو سکتی ہے۔

ہوم آفس نے ناصر کے اعتراضات کو تسلیم کرتے ہوئے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ وہ ویزا ریفیوزل کے فیصلے پر نظرِ ثانی کرے گا اور 𝟐𝟐 اگست 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 تک نئے سرے سے جائزہ لے گا (اگر کوئی خاص حالات نہ ہوں)۔

یہ ایک کامیاب قانونی اقدام ہے جس کے بعد ناصر کو عدالتی کارروائی کی ضرورت نہیں رہی اور اب ان کا ویزا منظور ہونے کے امکانات بڑھ گئے ہیں۔
