محکمہ پولیس نے ان ملازمین کو اس وجہ سے ڈسمس کر دیا تھا کہ انہوں نے ایک اور ملازمین کی ڈیوٹی اس جگہ پرلگایا جہاں پر ایک مشہور وکیل صاحب کا کیس لگا تھا جس کی وجہ سے اس نے دو وکیلوں کو بے گناہ قتل کر دیا۔ لیکن حقیقت دیکھنے کے بعد اور میرے دلائل سے اتفاق کرتے ہوے چیرمین سروس ٹربیونل نے نہ صرف ان کی اپیلیں منظور فرمائیں بلکہ ان کو تمام back benefits دینے کا بھی حکم فرمایا۔
الحمدللہ میری کوشش سے بے گناہ ملازمین کو انصاف ملا۔

چکوال پولیس سے تعلق رکھنے والے ملازمین جن کو نوکری سے محکمہ نے ڈسمس کر دیا تھا ۔ الحمدللہ میرے دلائل سے اتفاق کرتے ہوے چیرمین پنجاب سروس ٹربیونل نے مورخہ 24۔03۔2026 کو نہ صرف ملازمت پر بحال کر دیا بلکہ ان کو پچھلے عرصے کی تنخواہیں دینے کا بھی حکم دیا۔

Seniority & promotion cannot be claim retrospectively but if employee is prevented from his right wrongfully then he is eligible for seniority & promotion from the date when his juniors/batch were so benefited.
