Alhamdulillah!
Post-arrest bail has been granted to our client in a case under Sections 324/34 PPC by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Peshawar. The allegation was of firing at a vital part of the injured, while the brother of the injured was the complainant as well as an eye-witness of the occurrence.

The case was successfully argued by Syed Attaullah Shah Bukhari, Partner at Bukhari & Khan Law Firm.

The consultation brought together key stakeholders to review and strengthen the design of the internship programme, focusing on host institution expectations, intern profiles, and coordination mechanisms. Such initiatives play a vital role in bridging the gap between academia and human rights institutions while empowering young professionals with meaningful field exposure.

Stakeholders Hold Virtual Meeting to Strengthen Collaboration in the Digital Space in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

A detailed virtual meeting was held to explore meaningful collaboration and joint action to strengthen the digital space in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The meeting brought together representatives from TechKhwa , Purple, Bukhari & Khan Law Firm , and Rights & Advocacy Form-CRAF. Participants openly shared insights and experiences related to digital rights, cybersecurity, legal safeguards, and the responsible use of technology.

The discussion highlighted the importance of working together across the technology, legal, and civil society sectors to respond to growing digital challenges. Particular attention was given to providing legal, technical, and psychological support to individuals affected by cyber harassment, online abuse, and other digital harms, while also strengthening public awareness and digital resilience across the province.

All representatives agreed to continue these virtual engagements and work towards the development and signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU will focus on taking practical and timely steps in the coming days to turn these discussions into real impact on the ground.

This virtual engagement reflects a shared commitment to building a safer, inclusive, and rights-respecting digital environment for the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Communication, University of Peshawar,
organized by Community Innovation Lab and The Mirror of Society.

During the discussion, he shared a legal perspective on the constitutional rights of religious minorities and also talked about the role of youth, religious leaders, and inclusive education in building a culture of peace and coexistence.

پولیس اسٹیشن پڑانگ، چارسدہ کی حدود میں ایک لاپتہ شخص کے مقدمے سے متعلق اہم پیش رفت۔

پشاور: نوشہرہ کے رہائشی نوجوان شاہزیب کی چارسدہ سے لاپتہ ہونے کے حوالے سے دائر درخواست پر چیف جسٹس پشاور ہائی کورٹ نے سماعت کی۔

پشاور: درخواست گزار کی جانب سے بخاری اینڈ خان لا فرم کے سینئر پارٹنر ایڈووکیٹ عمر خان اتمانزئی عدالت میں پیش ہوئے۔

پشاور: ایڈووکیٹ عمر خان اتمانزئی نے مؤقف اختیار کیا کہ شاہزیب ایک سال قبل دوستوں سے ملنے چارسدہ گیا تھا، جس کے بعد وہ لاپتہ ہوگیا۔

پشاور: ایڈووکیٹ عمر خان اتمانزئی کے مطابق درخواست گزار کی کسی کے ساتھ کوئی دشمنی نہیں ہے۔

پشاور: لاپتہ شخص کی والدہ نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ ان کے شوہر بیمار ہیں، اسی وجہ سے وہ عدالت میں پیش نہیں ہوسکے۔

پشاور: عدالت نے پولیس اسٹیشن چمکنی کے ایس ایچ او اور سی آئی او کو ذاتی حیثیت میں پیش ہونے کی ہدایت جاری کردی۔

پشاور: عدالت نے پولیس اسٹیشن پڑانگ، چارسدہ کے موجودہ ایس ایچ او واجد خان اور سابقہ ایس ایچ او بہرمند شاہ کو بھی طلب کرلیا۔

پشاور: عدالت نے سماعت کل تک ملتوی کردی۔
