فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو (ایف بی آر) نے تمام رجسٹرڈ دکانوں کو ایک ہفتے کے اندر ایف بی آرکے نظام سے منسلک کرنے کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کردیا۔
نوٹیفکیشن کے تحت پوائنٹ آف سیلز مشین سے وابستہ تمام کاروبار ایف بی آر کے ساتھ منسلک کیے جائیں گے، ہوٹل، گیسٹ ہاؤس، میرج ہالز اور کلبز پر بھی اس کا اطلاق ہوگا جب کہ انٹر سٹی ٹرانسپورٹ، کورئیر اور کارگو سروسز بھی لازمی منسلک کرنا ہوں گے۔
نوٹیفکیشن میں کہا گیا ہے کہ بیوٹی پارلرز، اسلمنگ سینٹرزاور بیوٹی کلینکس لازمی ایف بی آر کے ساتھ رجسٹرڈ کرانا ہوں گے، ہئیر ٹرانسپلانٹ، پرائیویٹ کلینکس، ڈینٹل کلینکس اور پلاسٹک سرجنزکے بزنس بھی منسلک کیے جائیں گے۔
نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق لیبارٹریز، جانوروں کے ڈاکٹرز، ڈائیگناسٹک سینٹرز، ایکسرے سینٹرز ، پرائیویٹ اسپتال، پرائیویٹ کنسلٹنٹس، ہیلتھ کیئر سروسز، ہیلتھ کلبز،سوئمنگ پولز، فٹنس کلبز اور ملٹی پرپز کلبز کو بھی ٹیکس نظام سے منسلک ہونا پڑے گا۔
ایف بی آر کے مطابق کراچی جمخانہ،رائل پام، چناب کلب،اسلام آباد کلب،لاہور جمخانہ کو بھی ٹیکس نظام سے منسلک کیا جائے گا، چارٹرڈ اکاؤنٹنٹس فرمز،کاسٹ اینڈ مینجمنٹ کی خدمات دینے والوں کو بھی ٹیکس نظام سے منسلک ہونا پڑے گا۔
اس کے علاوہ ماہانہ 1000 روپے فیس والے اسکولوں، کالجز اور یونیورسٹیز کو بھی ٹیکس نظام سے منسلک ہونا پڑے گا۔
نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق انکم ٹیکس کی شق 33 کے تحت ٹیکس نظام سےمنسلک ہونا بنیادی شرط ہوگی، ٹیکس نظام سے منسلک کاروبار پوائنٹ آف سیلز مشین لگانے کے پابند ہوں گے۔
