The Insaf Lawyers Forum Malakand Region (ILF MKD) strongly condemns the heinous armed attack carried out on the residence of Senator Khurram Zeeshan in Peshawar during the late hours of the night. The indiscriminate firing by a group of 25–30 assailants, resulting in the severe injury of a domestic worker and endangering the lives of the Senator’s family, is an act of sheer lawlessness and terror that cannot be tolerated in a civilized society.

We, the members of ILF MKD, stand tall and resolute with Senator Khurram Zeeshan and his family in this hour of trial. Such cowardly acts will never shake our collective resolve for justice, peace, and the rule of law.

We call upon the law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities to immediately launch a thorough investigation into this incident, bring the perpetrators to justice, and award exemplary punishment to the culprits so that such acts of violence may never be repeated.

The ILF Malakand Region reiterates its unwavering commitment to uphold justice and protect the dignity and safety of all citizens.

کبل (نیوز ڈیسک مومنٹم میڈیا) نو منتخب جنرل سیکرٹری ILF ملاکنڈ، جناب نصیر اللہ خان نے آج تحصیل بار ایسوسی ایشن کا دورہ کیاجہاں ILF کے اراکین نے اُن کا پُرتپاک استقبال کیا اور انہیں ملاکنڈ ڈویژن ILF کے جنرل سیکرٹری منتخب ہونے پر مبارکباد پیش کی۔ اس موقع پر معزز مہمان کو پھولوں کا ہار بھی پہنایا گیا۔ تقریب میں جناب ملک فضل قدیم خان، صدر تحصیل بار ایسوسی ایشن، اور جناب رضاالدین خان، صدر PHCMBBA، بھی شریک ہوئے۔ دیگر حاضر اراکین میں ابوبکر، سلمان خان، قاضی نعیم اللہ، اور محمد حیات شامل تھے۔ تقریب کے دوران پاکستان کے آئین کی 27ویں ترمیم پر بھی تفصیلی گفتگو کی گئی۔ شرکاء نے ترمیم کے اثرات، صوبائی اختیارات، پارلیمانی شفافیت، عدلیہ کی خودمختاری اور عوامی مفاد کے پہلوؤں پر تبادلۂ خیال کیا۔ اراکین نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ کسی بھی آئینی ترمیم پر وکلاء برادری اور قانونی ماہرین کی مشاورت ضروری ہے، تاکہ قانون سازی قومی و عوامی مفاد کے مطابق ہو۔ تقریب خوشگوار ماحول میں اختتام پذیر ہوئی، اور شرکاء نے ILF کے تنظیمی کردار اور قانونی بہتری کے لیے تعاون جاری رکھنے کے عزم کا اظہار کیا۔

Today, Naseerullah Khan Advocate, the General Secretary of ILF Malakand met with the members of ILF Khwazakhela Sub-Divisional Bar Association. A very fruitful discussion was held, covering the restructuring of ILF in KBA. Issues related to discipline were raised, and legal advisory matters were addressed. The cabinet formation will be done by consensus, and connectivity with elected representatives will be established. insha'Allah

I am deeply thankful to the respected leadership of Insaf Lawyers Forum Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, particularly President Qazi Mohammad Anwar Sahib, for showing their trust and confidence in me by assigning me this new responsibility as Secretary General Malakand Region in the recent notification.

Tribute to the Learned Community of PHC Mingora Bench, Malakand Division

We pay glowing tribute to the honorable members of the Peshawar High Court, Mingora Bench Bar Association, and the wider legal fraternity of Malakand Division for their successful General Body Meeting and the unanimous resolution passed on 19-11-2025.

This historic and collective decision, opposing the 26th and 27th Constitutional Amendments, reflects the wisdom, courage, and unity of our learned community. It is our firm belief that today’s unanimous stance will pave the way for safeguarding constitutional integrity and strengthening the independence of the judiciary.
