جو شہری موبائل ایپ کا استعمال نہیں کر سکتے ان کو واٹس ایپ کے ذریعے فرد کے حصول سمیت دیگر سہولیات فراہم کی جا سکیں گی

موبائل ایپ کے قیام سے رجسٹری محرر کے دفاتر اور محافظ خانے ختم ہو جائیں گے
لاہور کے تمام شہریوں کی رجسٹریوں کا ریکارڈ آن لائن کر دیا گیا ہے

ایپ کے ذریعے دو فریقین کے مابین معاہدے کو آن لائن رجسٹرڈ کیا جا سکے گا

شہری موبائل ایپ کی مدد سے پراپرٹی کی ٹرانسفر فیسز بھی آن لائن جمع کروا سکیں گے
اب ایک پراپرٹی کی 03 رجسٹریاں نہیں ہو سکیں گی،پراپرٹی ٹرانسفر میں فراڈ کا تصور ہی ختم ہو جائے گا۔
موبائل ایپ کے ذریعے شہری اپنی رجسٹری آن لائن دیکھ سکیں گے

ایپ کے ذریعے ڈپٹی کمشنرز اور اسسٹنٹ کمشنرز اپنے دفاتر کی حاضری سمیت برانچز کو بھی مانیٹر کر سکیں گے

شہری ای اسٹیمپ پی ایل آر اے کی ویب سائٹ سے حاصل کر سکیں گے

رجسٹرار پراپرٹی ٹرانسفر فیسز کی تصدیق کے بعد پرائیویٹ ہاوسنگ سوسائیٹز کے ٹرانسفر لیٹر کو رجسٹر کریں

PTBA has demanded the tax authorities of providing clear 90 days for return filing from the date when the portal is error free.

FBR likely to extend the last date for filing income tax return for tax year 2022 considering the prevailing situation due to floods and technical issues on the online return form.

The last date for filing income tax return for tax year 2022 is 30.09.2022. The FBR already announced that it would not extend the date and urged the taxpayers to make compliance within due date.

Sources in the FBR said that although no decision had been taken so far in this regard. However, the revenue body was considering seriously on the date extension sought by the business community.

Chambers and association have approached the FBR to extend the last date for filing income tax return, which is expiring on 30.09.2022.

“Proper legal time for compliance should be granted as per the statute after resolving all problems in the tax return forms,” said Suleman Chawla in a letter sent to Mr. Asim Ahmad, chairman, FBR.
The apex trade body pointed out numerous errors and mistakes in the return forms on the Iris – the online filing portal of the FBR – both technical, related to IT, and legal.
Due to the technical errors the tax filers are reluctant to pay undue taxes, and their consultants remain unable to file the returns, the FPCCI said in the letter sent on 24.09.2022.
“It is regretful to note that none of the issues have been addressed as yet and, therefore, the pace of compliance of filing the tax returns is very slow.
The FPCCI also highlighted the number of issues in its letter to the FBR chairman.
