We are deeply saddened to share the tragic news regarding Mr. Umair Yousaf (Ideal Consultant Islamabad). While returning from Muzaffarabad with his family, they met with a severe accident.
​With a heavy heart, we share that his young daughter passed away on the spot. We stand with Umair during this period of immense grief and irreparable loss.

​Funeral Prayer (Namaz-e-Janaza): Today, following Isha prayers.

​Location: At his residence.

​May Allah grant the departed soul the highest rank in Jannah and give the family the strength to bear this monumental loss.

Minutes of Meeting: FSC Pakistan General Body
Organization: Foreign Study Consultants Association Pakistan (FSC Pakistan)

Meeting held by Chairman Rao Shahzad & Chief Pattern Sheikh Zahoor

1. Attendance & Opening
The meeting commenced with a formal welcome by the chair. The primary agenda was the restructuring of the organizational hierarchy and the establishment of a legal framework to govern the body of foreign study consultants in Pakistan.

1. Executive Appointments
The following appointments were proposed and passed with a unanimous vote from the floor:

Patron-in-Chief: Sheikh Zahoor

Note: Elected unanimously to provide high-level vision and patronage to the organization.

President: Prof. Irfan Babu

Secretary General Dr. Umer Khalid
Additional Secretary zeeshan

Secretary Finance: Basit Qadri

Secretary Information: Mansoor Hassan

Additional Secretary Information: Mr. Zeeshan

1. Formation of the Legislation & Dispute Committee
To ensure ethical standards and internal conflict resolution, a specialized committee was formed. The members include:

Dr. Taimoor

Kashif Hameed Bangash

Prof. Afzal Hashmi

Prof. Saqib Zafar

Mansoor Hassan

1. Key Mandates & Assignments
The leadership emphasized the need for a solid legal foundation. The following tasks were assigned:

Constitution Drafting: The Legislation & Dispute Committee, led by the core members, is tasked with producing the complete Constitution and Legal Framework for FSC Pakistan.

Organizational Fabric: The body is mandated to finalize the operational structure, bylaws, and membership criteria for the entire organization.

1. Deadlines
Timeline: The constitution and the complete organizational "fabric" must be finalized and presented within one month (by May 23, 2026).

Closing Remarks
Sheikh Zahoor sb expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him and urged the newly appointed officers to work with transparency and dedication to elevate the standards of foreign education consultancy in Pakistan.
