Our partners, Muhammad Ali Salimi and M. Waleed Waheed Ch., represented KBK Electronics (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading electrical and engineering solutions provider, in a high-stakes procurement dispute before the Lahore High Court.

The matter concerns the cancellation of concluded bids despite issuance of Letters of Intent and substantial compliance by the petitioner, including provision of bank guarantees and other material steps.
