Sometimes competitors make such complaints to amazon from their buyers account.

Faced tough time convincing amazon but at last with strong and convincing plan of action amazon agreed to provide future supplier invoices for at least 10 units.
So we shortlisted an authentic supplier placed order on it and got invoices.
Amazon don't need Only invoices and asked to submit another plan of action with invoices so we have drafted another customized Plan of Action made sure that no point or ambiguity left. Submitted POA and invoices. Alhamdulliah within 24 hours account got reinstated.
