Another successful legal matter at the District & Sessions Court, Karachi South.
In a Criminal Miscellaneous Application under Sections 22-A & 22-B Cr.P.C., the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI / Ex-Officio Justice of Peace, Karachi South, was pleased to pass an order directing the concerned SHO to record the applicant’s statement under Section 155 Cr.P.C. and proceed in accordance with law.
The Court, after examining the police report and medico-legal record, observed that the injuries were non-cognizable in nature and accordingly directed the police to proceed in accordance with the relevant provisions of law.
