I have achieved a remarkable feat in a complex legal case involving a vehicle accident that resulted in the death of a traffic police officer.

I have secured superdari of the vehicle and its goods for my client, who was the owner and last possessor of the vehicle. The vehicle was seized by the police as case property and I had to file applications u/s 516A CrPC and argue before different judges to get it released.
i.e. first additional district and sessions judge South Karachi, who was reluctant to call report from Investigation officer, on my application as he said it was premature that the police report not submitted,
but I did not give up and filed another application for transfer of the Cr.Miss.Applictaion/case to another judge which was allowed and transferred to second additional district and sessions judge Karachi south,
who heard my arguments and granted superdari of the vehicle and the goods to my client, subject to certain conditions.

This is a great victory for me and my client, as we have restored the custody and beneficial use of the vehicle and the goods, which are valuable assets. I am thankful to the court for its fair and speedy decision and to my client for trusting me with his case. I am also grateful to my colleagues and friends for their support and encouragement. This case has taught me a lot and has boosted my confidence as an advocate. I hope to continue serving my clients with honesty and dedication.
