CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION

Apex Juris Pakistan – Advocates & Legal Consultants, a law firm committed to the supremacy of the Constitution, rule of law, and protection of fundamental rights, hereby places on record its strongest condemnation of the illegal, unlawful, and high-handed actions committed by police officials of Police Station Haidery, District Larkana, particularly the S.H.O Dili Jan Magsi, along with other unidentified police constables.
It is resolved and noted with grave concern that on 25.01.2026 at about 01:00 PM, the above-named S.H.O, accompanied by several unknown police officials, all in civil dress, illegally and unlawfully entered the residential house of Advocate Hizbullah Brohi, situated at Village Hakeem Dad Brohi, Post Office Zakriyo Mahesar, Taluka & District Larkana, without any search warrant, arrest warrant, lawful authority, or legal justification.
Advocate Hizbullah Brohi is a practicing Advocate, a member of Karachi Bar Association, and also a member of Sindh Bar Council, and is further a valued member of Apex Juris Pakistan – Advocates & Legal Consultants.
It is further resolved that the said police officials:
- Entered the house without wearing police uniform and without disclosing their identity
- Acted in complete violation of law, procedure, and constitutional safeguards
- Committed criminal house trespass and gross abuse of police powers
- Intimidated, harassed, and issued threats of murder
- Created fear and panic, particularly when only female family members were present in the house
- Acted despite the fact that neither the Advocate nor any family member is involved in any criminal activity, and no FIR or criminal case is registered or pending against them before any police station or court of law
Such actions constitute a blatant violation of Articles 4, 9, 14, and 25 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, amounting to criminal intimidation, illegal intrusion, harassment, and misuse of authority.
This lawless conduct is not only an attack on the dignity and privacy of citizens but also a direct assault on the independence, safety, and sanctity of the legal profession. Intimidation of a practicing Advocate—who is a member of recognized bar institutions—is unacceptable and strikes at the very foundation of justice and rule of law.
Resolved That
Apex Juris Pakistan hereby:
1. Unequivocally condemns the illegal entry, harassment, intimidation, and threats committed by the concerned S.H.O and accompanying officials.
2. Demands immediate departmental and criminal proceedings against all responsible police officers under law.
3. Calls for a fair, independent, and transparent inquiry into the incident.
4. Demands protection for Advocate Hizbullah Brohi and his family from further harassment.
5. Extends full legal, professional, and moral support to Advocate Hizbullah Brohi.
6. Warns against normalization of police excesses, abuse of authority, and violation of constitutional rights.
This condemnation resolution is issued in the interest of justice, constitutional governance, protection of fundamental rights, and preservation of the dignity of the legal profession.
