Today's experience at the Dox Police Station was a real eye-opener, highlighting serious concerns about the authorities' priorities. When I tried to file an FIR for my colleague's stolen bike, the SHO refused, citing that they had already filed three FIRs and could not report any more. However, after asserting our legal rights, we finally managed to file the FIR. This raises questions about the police's willingness to take action against crime. The rising incidents of snatching and target killings in Karachi are alarming, and it's disturbing to see the police seemingly unconcerned. The crime rate continues to soar, and the police's lack of accountability and responsibility is unacceptable. The government and authorities need to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure public safety.

This experience raises disturbing questions about the treatment of ordinary citizens who try to report crimes. If law enforcement officials can be so dismissive and uncooperative with someone who knows their legal rights, what hope does an ordinary citizen have of seeking justice and protection? Where can they turn to assert their rights and ensure their safety?
