ميرپورخاص ڊويزن جي اعليٰ عدليه ۾ نمائندگي ۽ نوجوان وڪيلن جي تربيت بابت اهم ملاقات
اڄ هاءِ ڪورٽ بار ايسوسيئيشن ميرپورخاص جي صدر محترم شوڪت علي راھمون
جنرل سيڪريٽري ڪانجي مل ميگهواڙ، ايڊووڪيٽ سپريم ڪورٽ ۽ مئنيجنگ ڪميٽي جي ميمبر محترم ڪلديپ شرما، سپريم ڪورٽ آف پاڪستان جي ڪراچي رجسٽري ۾ معزز چيف جسٽس آف پاڪستان جناب جسٽس يحيٰ آفريدي ۽ معزز جسٽس محمد علي مظهر سان اهم ملاقات ڪئي.
ملاقات دوران ميرپورخاص ڊويزن جي وڪيل برادري سان لاڳاپيل مختلف اهم معاملن تي تفصيلي خيالن جي ڏي وٺ ڪئي وئي.
1️⃣ ميرپورخاص ڊويزن مان اعليٰ عدليه ۾ ججن جي مقرري
ملاقات دوران ميرپورخاص ڊويزن مان اعليٰ عدليه ۾ ججن جي مقرري نه ٿيڻ واري اهم مسئلي کي معزز چيف جسٽس آف پاڪستان آڏو رکيو ويو. ان موقعي تي ميرپورخاص ڊويزن کي اعليٰ عدليه ۾ مناسب نمائندگي ڏيڻ جي ضرورت تي زور ڏنو ويو.
2️⃣ نوجوان وڪيلن لاءِ تربيتي پروگرام
نوجوان وڪيلن جي پيشوراڻي صلاحيتن ۾ واڌ، قانوني تحقيق، عدالتي ڪارروائي ۽ جديد قانوني معاملن بابت ڄاڻ وڌائڻ لاءِ تربيتي پروگرام منعقد ڪرڻ جي ضرورت تي پڻ تفصيلي ڳالهه ٻولهه ڪئي وئي.
3️⃣ عورت وڪيلن جي تربيت ۽ پيشوراڻي ترقي
ملاقات دوران نوجوان ۽ عورت وڪيلن لاءِ خصوصي تربيتي پروگرام منعقد ڪرڻ، کين جديد عدالتي نظام ۽ قانوني تحقيق بابت تربيت فراهم ڪرڻ ۽ سندن پيشوراڻي صلاحيتن کي وڌيڪ مضبوط بڻائڻ تي پڻ خيالن جي ڏي وٺ ڪئي وئي.
4️⃣ معزز چيف جسٽس آف پاڪستان جي خاطري
معزز چيف جسٽس آف پاڪستان جناب جسٽس يحيٰ آفريدي بار جي عهديدارن پاران پيش ڪيل معاملن کي غور سان ٻڌو ۽ خاطري ڪرائي ته ميرپورخاص ڊويزن مان اعليٰ عدليه ۾ ججن جي نمائندگي ۽ نوجوان توڙي عورت وڪيلن جي تربيت سميت پيش ڪيل معاملن تي مناسب توجهه ڏني ويندي ۽ انهن جي حل لاءِ ضروري قدم کنيا ويندا.
هي ملاقات ميرپورخاص ڊويزن جي وڪيل برادري جي حقن، اعليٰ عدليه ۾ مناسب نمائندگي ۽ نوجوان وڪيلن جي روشن پيشوراڻي مستقبل لاءِ هڪ اهم ۽ مثبت اڳڀرائي آهي.

سينٽرل جيل ميرپورخاص ۾ قيدين سان ٿيندڙ مبينا بدسلوڪي، تشدد، انساني حقن جي ڀڃڪڙي ۽ قيدين جي موت بابت سامهون ايندڙ خبرون انتهائي ڳڻتي جوڳيون آهن.

قيدي به انسان آهن ۽ کين زندگي، عزت، تحفظ ۽ قانون تحت بنيادي حقن حاصل آهن. ڪنهن به قيدي سان تشدد، غير انساني سلوڪ يا قانون کان مٿانهون ورتاءُ ڪنهن به صورت ۾ قبول نه ٿو ڪري سگهجي.

اسان مطالبو ڪريون ٿا ته:

🔹 جاچ ذريعي ذميوار جيل آفيسرن ۽ اهلڪارن جو تعين ڪري قانون موجب سخت ڪارروائي ڪئي وڃي.

🔹 ڪرپشن، غفلت، تشدد يا اختيارن جي ناجائز استعمال ۾ ملوث ثابت ٿيندڙ آفيسرن کي قانون موجب نوڪري مان برطرف ڪيو وڃي.

🔹 جيل ۾ قيد هر شخص جي زندگي، صحت، عزت ۽ انساني حقن جي مڪمل تحفظ کي يقيني بڻايو وڃي.
