We Are Hiring: Accounts & Administration Officer (Child Care Centre)

We are looking for a dedicated and organized resource to handle invoicing and manage email correspondence related to fees, subsidies, and grants for a Child Care Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue monthly invoices for parents

Respond to emails from parents and staff regarding fees, subsidies, and grants

Maintain accurate records of billing, payments, and adjustments

Coordinate with management on subsidy and grant matters

Support basic administrative and documentation tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Prior experience in billing/invoicing or administrative role (preferably in education or child care sector)

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
